Leviticus 23:3

“Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a set-apart gathering. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of Yahuah in all your dwellings.”

Understanding This Verse

Before listing the annual feasts, Yahuah establishes the weekly Sabbath as the foundation of all appointed times. The Sabbath is not a suggestion — it is a set-apart gathering, a sign between Yahuah and His people.

Reflection

Do you honor the Sabbath? What would it look like to truly rest and set apart one day each week for Yahuah?
