Habakkuk 2:4
“Behold the proud, his soul is not upright in him; but the just shall live by his faith.”
Understanding This Verse
Habakkuk questioned why Yahuah allowed injustice. Yahuah's answer: the proud will fall, but the righteous will live by faithfulness (emunah). This verse became foundational — Paul quotes it in Romans, Galatians, and Hebrews.
Reflection
Living by faith means trusting Yahuah even when His ways don't make sense. Where is He asking you to trust Him beyond your understanding?
