Genesis 1:1-2
“In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Elohim was hovering over the face of the waters.”
Understanding This Verse
The opening words of all Scripture. Before anything existed, Yahuah spoke creation into being. The Ruach (Spirit) of Elohim hovered over the chaos, ready to bring order, beauty, and life from nothing.
Reflection
If Yahuah can create the universe from nothing, what formless area of your life can He bring order and beauty to?
